Description

Parkland College is seeking an Instructor for Adult Basic Education Level 4/Adult 12 courses as prescribed in course curricula by the Ministry of Education. The Level 4/Adult 12 courses will include, but are not limited to the following: Math and Sciences at the 20 & 30 levels, ELA A & B 30, Social 30, and/or other 30 level classes.  

The minimum educational qualification for this position is a four year Bachelor of Education Degree with a secondary specialty OR a four year Bachelor of Education Degree with an elementary specialty along with at least 2 years high school instructional experience.

A Professional A Teaching Certificate is required.

The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is two years of teaching experience, with a preference for experience in an adult setting.
