We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead - Inflow at our Esterhazy K2, SK location. The successful candidate will lead the development and sustainability of a continuous improvement culture. Manage assessment, prioritization and execution of continuous improvement projects which meet yearly site objectives for overall continuous improvement set during budgeting. Assist in leading the deployment, integration and sustainability of continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, Root Case Analysis Workout, etc), performance strategies, including in the field dialogues and site wide change management initiatives.

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12/GED.
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of training/education and experience in technical or business related field.
* Minimum 5+ years relevant experience; demonstrated leadership and management experience with an understanding of the dynamics of interpersonal relationships.
* Experience creating and executing Continuous Improvement activities that drive organizational results and change
* Formal training in Change Management, Continuous Improvement (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, Workout)
* Microsoft MS Office Suite, familiarity with plant operations software (i.e., PI, OIS and MOIS) and statistical analysis software
* Very strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills (without authority), with ability to use fact-based and well-thought-out arguments to challenge all levels or change behavior/techniques as required.
* Ability to hold performance dialogues and identify root-causes of problems with all levels of the organizations.
