The Food Service Attendant is responsible for preparing balanced and nutritional meals for the clients, staff and family members at TRC. Under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager, the Food Service Attendant prepares daily balanced nutritional meals including breakfast and supper while maintaining sanitary working conditions.
-Prepares all necessary food items as per set menu/recipes.
-Ensures food supplies are properly handled and properly stored at all times.
-Operates a variety of industrial kitchen equipment including knives, misers, ovens and dishwasher.
-Maintains sanitary working environment within the kitchen in accordance with health regulations including all kitchen surface areas, serving utensils, appliances and dishware, etc.
