Description

Duties:
-    prepare & cook meals for a full menu
-    oversee kitchen operations
-    work with minimal supervision
-    monitor supplies
-    supervise kitchen helpers
-    follow safety & sanitation requirements
-    ensure food quality
-    clean kitchen & work area

40 hours per week
