Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Surface Inflow Grout Site Supervisor at our Esterhazy K2, SK location. The successful candidate will manage all Mosaic and contract employees related to the maintenance requirements at grout sites which includes all of the Mosaic equipment and infrastructure.

What will you be working on?
* Supervising Mosaic hourly employees at grout sites, including mechanics as well as instrumentation technicians to ensure effective support for grouting activities.
* Supervising progress on special projects including those being executed by contractors. Providing progress updates to management on special projects.
* Ensuring safety at grout sites.
* Inspecting the north and south grout sites and planning maintenance for all Mosaic equipment and assets, and deploying resources against maintenance plans.
* Liaising with other areas of the department as needed.

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12/GED.
* Trade Certification preferred.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a technical field (Ex. Maintenance).
* Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint.
* Leadership, proven communication skills, organized, superior interpersonal skills at all levels, must be able to work independently on a day to day basis, proven decision making ability, ability to coach and develop staff.
