Job Description
Coach and mentor fellow employees on the project to safe work practices, quality workmanship, productivity and schedule.
Perform Task Hazard Analysis with coworkers.
Promote and adhere to AECOMs Safety Management System.
Perform tradesman duties at the work face. The incumbent is expected to be working in the field with the crew, unless taking over the
Foremans duties. It will then be expected that the duties be performed as per the Foremans Job Description.
Temporarily oversee tasks as assigned by the Foreman.
Ensure any permitting requirements are in place prior to work activity.
Ensure that all tools and equipment being used in the work execution have been inspected and are in good repair, color coded as required.
Conduct/lead/participate in Toolbox Talks and Task Hazard assessment.
Sign headcount sheet at the onset of each shift.
Be the lead when looking after package documentation is expected. (Return the documentation to the Foreman as required).
Temporarily perform Foremans duties when the Foreman is away in training, on vacation, days off or involved in incident review.
Job Requirements
Experience working with Fiberglass Pipe
In the case of labourer crews, the lead must have proven competency in the scope of work.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience required.
LSE is an asset
