RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and distribute reports, meeting minutes, document transmittals, information packages and other correspondence
Manage document systems, client information and project-related files
Liaise with internal teams to support project deliverables and share status updates
Coordinate and issue high volumes of documents for external clients
Prepare weekly time and billing reports
General office and reception support as necessary
Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years of similar experience is required
Experience with document management is preferred
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Visio
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Positive and team-focused attitude is required

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated experience with Prolog and/or Aconex is an asset
