Financial Bookkeeper/Office Manager
We are currently looking for someone to work as a Financial Bookkeeper/Office Manager. This position will be a full time permanent position, with a starting wage of $28.00 30.00/hour depending on experience. This polished company will also offer a benefit package at 50/50 cost.
Duties of Position:
The duties in part include the following:
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Knowledge of AP/AR/Payroll
- WCB and Benefit Administration
- Quickbooks/Excel Knowledge & In-house dealership program (will be trained)
-Annual reporting.
-Annual budget preparation and monthly budget to actual comparison reporting.
-Understanding of detailed cost accounting.
-Display a high level of organizational and computer competency skills
-Strong asset if the candidate understands financial and operations (even though primary focus in financials), determine items that are correct, incorrect and how to correct for now and during the growth of the Company.
-Understand financials process, systems
-Analytical and process thinker
-Must be highly detailed oriented
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Other administrative functions as required.
Qualifications:
-3+ years full cycle bookkeeping experience
-Accounting courses & experience in, in-house dealership program an asset
-Strong Excel skills
