The Food Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for all Prince Albert Co-op food locations. This position is responsible for administration duties including: budgets, business plans, variances and appraisals for all food location. The successful candidate will oversee marketing and customer relations including Brand compliance, image/fixed assets, merchandising and overall store appearance.

The successful applicant will have strong communications and interpersonal skills, be a team leader with good motivational skills and strong delegation and analytical skills.  Applicants must have a strong retail operations background, complete with strong controls. High standards in customer service, image and merchandising must be demonstrated. Post-secondary education would be an asset. Previous Co-operative Retailing System food experience is a requirement.
