Description

Essential Duties:
Administering customer service counter:
-returns, warranties, exchanges, processing purchases on POS system
-Managing break schedule for cashiers
-Ensuring all cash lanes are neat, tidy and shelves and carts are replenished.
-Effectively handles customer concerns
-Facilitates ease and speed of purchase by efficiently processing sales, returns and exchanges, effectively utilizing point of sale functions
-Responding promptly and accurately to purchase inquiries
-Handling customer inquiries
-Offers customers a friendly, welcoming experience and demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm to help by greeting and acknowledging customers in a timely manner and effectively delivering customer service according to service expectations
-Contributes to the team by working to achieve the productivity goals of the store, participating in shift meetings, being flexible to carry out various work assignments, and following safe and secure work practices
