Description

This is a supervisory level position responsible to develop, manage, and implement the cash calendar lottery project in Saskatchewan.
Essential Duties entail (but not limited to):
-Manages the implementation of the cash calendar lottery raffle event.
-Supervises, directs, trains and schedules the local volunteers for the lottery calendar including sellers and telemarketers. May assist with the recruitment of volunteers for the activity as well.
-Coordinates and executes the development of the lottery calendars marketing materials including posters, social media messages, calling scripts, etc.
-Prepares lottery reports such as summaries of all lottery related activities on a weekly basis to provide to Management.
-Builds and maintains a database of lottery calendar purchasers and sellers.
-Ensures the lottery calendar rules and regulations as set out by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority are adhered to.
-Other philanthropy related activities as required.
Qualifications:
-Must have experience in fund development or managing major special events and programs including supervising volunteers and running telemarketing campaigns.
-Strong project management and marketing skills.
Hours: Monday through Friday - afternoons/early evenings
Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week)
