Adult learning expertise needed
Create personalized learning plans based on identified business needs, and teach English and French as a second language to FCC employees.

What youll do:
    provide instruction and tutoring to designated staff
    prepare lessons and recommend training methods
    determine participants through established testing process
    prepare progress reports
    coach and tutor senior leaders
    conduct research into second language testing methods
What were looking for:
    a proven coach and tutor who understands organizational learning concepts and models
    an organized multi-tasker with experience using various tools and methodologies of adult learning
    a collaborative team player able to create personalized learning plans
    knowledge of the trends in and approaches to second language acquisition
    an ability to teach both English and French

What youll need:
    a degree in English or French, education, or linguistics, and at least five years of related experience (or equivalent)
    fluency in both official languages
