Description

The Town of Watson is inviting applications for a full-time Town Maintenance Employee responsible for various construction work, equipment maintenance, record keeping, shop clean up and road work.
A valid driver's license is required for this position.
Technical competencies and skills preferred:
*  Equipment repair and record keeping; Carpentry; Welding; Painting; Concrete Work; Electrical knowledge in 12 VDC, and 120 VAC; Mechanical knowledge; Engine repair; General knowledge of residential and commercial construction repairs; Communication skills (listening, verbal and written); Independent worker; Team Player; Flexibility to move to different project and jobs; Attention to detail in all work done; WHMIS Training; OHS Standard First Aid, CPR-C and AED.
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in all is preferred but not required.  Onsite training and courses available.  Preference will be given to more versatile applicants with the skills listed.
