Description

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, an employee in this job will provide professional legal advice, support and services to the Water Security Agency (WSA).

Work includes a specific water management focus on impacts of constitutional law, federal and provincial legislation, common law, First Nations issues and interagency and intergovernmental issues, major projects and regulatory structure.

The successful candidate should possess a Degree in Law, membership in the Law Society of Saskatchewan and completion of a minimum of 7 years at the Bar, preferably in corporate, commercial and real property law.
