Reporting to the Executive Administrative Assistant, an employee in this job will, within a team environment, provide clerical and administrative support services. This work will include preparing correspondence, forms, memorandums, minutes, reports and other documents in accordance with established standards. In addition, this employee will undertake routine reception and mail duties and will provide administrative support to the Provincial Water Inquiry Line.
An employee in this position must have demonstrated ability in the operation of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and other corporate specific software programs, as well as in the operation of a variety of office equipment. Ability to use and process, update and publish information to the intranet and internet.
The successful candidate should possess a Certificate in a one year Office Administration program or similar program.
