This position is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of rental properties.The candidate will be a back-up for our residential property manager. Candidate must treat all clients with respect and portray the company with great professionalism. The candidate must be professional, personable, confident, motivated, and capable of working in a fast paced environment. The individual must be interested in personal and professional growth. They must take ownership and be accountable for their actions. They must have a positive attitude, open and willing to adapt to changes.
General maintenance and upkeep of building.
Unit Inspections.
Property manager duties, showing units, checking references, move ins and move outs.
Attend to any emergency, and assess the situation.
Cleaning common areas.
Cleaning after move in and move outs.
Lawn care and snow removal.
On-call evenings and weekends.
Requires own cell phone and computer.
Will consider live in Caretaker.
