In the role of Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing plans and building successful relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets and key partners. Utilizing your exceptional organizational skills, you will manage marketing budgets and campaign elements as well as lead the implementation of a variety of marketing projects and campaigns. You will oversee the social media strategy for the organization and be the go to person for all things in the online world. You will use your exceptional analytical skills to develop highly targeted campaigns, review past performance and help guide key strategic decisions for the business. The person we are looking for is well organized, adapts well to change, has excellent communication skills, lives and breathes the 4 Ps of marketing, and wants a job that is fun and challenging.
Responsibilities
Develop innovative marketing plans
Develop and implement promotional campaigns
Oversee media planning
Analyze customer data to develop targeted campaigns and promotional offers
Oversee all social media activities with a focus on growing customer engagement and driving online sales
Budget tracking
Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty
Manage development of creative materials for retail and corporate sales activities
Manage and coordinate various promotional, sponsorship and customer events
Other related duties as assigned
Skills
Highly analytical
Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
Ability communicate effectively in a variety of written mediums including ad copy, internal communications and social media
Able to work independently
Highly organized
Excellent time management
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Experience in a retail environment is an asset
Knowledge of SaskTel products and services is an asset
