Big Muddy Inn. is looking for a F/T Food & Beverage Server
Job Title: Food & Beverage Server (NOC#6453)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Part-time is also encouraged to apply)
Salary: $10.25/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk
Benefits: 5.9% Vacation pay
Anticipated Date: As soon as possible

Work Setting: Restaurant in the Motel
Education: Not required
Credential: Not required
Experience: Not required. However, it is an asset.

Job Description:
-Greet patrons, Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
-Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
-Recommend wines that complement patrons meal
-Serve food and beverages
-Prepare and serve specialty food at patrons tables
-Present bill to patrons and accept payment
-Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
Work Conditions: Work in fast-pace, under the pressure, work with others
