Description

BASIC PURPOSE:  
Provide IT Services and Programming support in an effective, efficient and cooperative manner to Highline Manufacturing Team Members.

DUTIES:
-Install, Troubleshoot and Repair Computer Hardware and Software.
-Printer Support and Troubleshooting.
-Networking Infrastructure installation as directed, including basic cabling and appliances.
-Server Administration/Configuration, including working with Active Directory.
-Make recommendations to the IT Team on planning of future development of information technology resources as it relates to individual hardware and software.
-Create, Maintain and Troubleshoot small programming projects as needed in C# .net. Occasionally some work in VB .net as well.
-Work with Microsoft Access/Microsoft SQL Database as required, as well as troubleshoot/expand custom Microsoft Access programs as needed.
-Assist Senior IT with projects as required.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
-Accredited Post-Secondary Diploma in a Computer Technology Program
-Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Including ability to work with MS Access database
-Some knowledge of C# programming language is required, as well as familiarity with VB .net. Along with general programming techniques
-Some knowledge of Database administration techniques and SQL language.
-Ability to work independently as well as with a team
-Sound knowledge of computer technology, both hardware and software
-Able and willing to learn new things.
-Valid driver's license
-Minimum of two years relevant experience in a customer focused environment
-Preference will be given to individuals with proven experience developing methods and systems contributing to the successes of their teams
