Job Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Cypress Health Region through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients.  He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)

Shifts consist of - 0730-1947
This position will function within the Southwest Integrated Health Facility.

In accordance with Article 12.00 - Standby (SAHO/SUN Collective Bargaining Agreement) Standby may apply.
Expected Start Date: August 16, 2015
Expected Up To Date: January 10, 2016
FTE: 0.64

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Weekends
94.24 hours per 4 week rotation: 8 shifts of 11.78 hours
