Parkville Manor, Saskatoons Premiere independent living retirement community is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Kindersley & RoseTown area.

This is a part time position.  We are offering an hourly rate plus commission.  Training will be provided.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
     * Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and with accountability for results
     * Ability to work 12-16 hours per week in the field renting our suites.
     * Must be familiar with a fun, rewarding, fast paced, pavement- pounding, deadline- driven, presentation-oriented position.
Functional Demands:
     * Must be able to make a great first impression and build instant rapport.
     * Must be highly organized and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills.
     * Must enjoy hunting sales and have enthusiasm for in-person sales.
     * Must demonstrate good judgment and consistent professionalism while working with all members of the community
     * Must be concise and confident asking for the sale
     * Must have a valid Drivers License, reliable transportation and be willing to travel to Saskatoon for training
