The La Ronge Hotel & Suites currently have openings for individuals with strong work ethic as a Line Cook.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work with other team members to ensure guests meals are prepared as efficiently and quickly as possible
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge
Demonstrate a desire to help where needed
Manage all complaints as a form of feedback that can help us improve our service
Follow Health and Safety procedures and identify unsafe practices or conditions
Demonstrate professionalism on and off duty
Work closely with the Chef and learn procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience (is an asset but not a requirement)
High School diploma considered an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
Self-confident, personable, energetic personality
Must be punctual, dependable and hard working
Availability to accommodate a flexible work schedule and willingness to work with short notice
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment on a regular basis
Professional appearance and demeanor
