TaunteMaria is looking for one well experienced Restaurant Manager, who can empower and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and has the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the owners in running a successful business.
Job requirements and duties

Experience:
2 year or more supervisory experience required;
Type of Bookkeeping and Accounting Experience: Bookkeeping; Record keeping; Cashiering.;
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Cash register; Micros; Point of sale system; Word processing software; Spreadsheet software; General office equipment; Internet browser.
Ability to Supervise 10 people or less.
Main Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily restaurant operations; Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, reconciliation and related forms; Control inventory; Respond to customer complaints; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food supplies; Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities; Develop, implement and analyze budgets; Participate in marketing plans and implementation; Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations; Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; Recruit and hire staff; Train staff; Conduct performance reviews; Supervise staff; Cost products and services.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to manage restaurant operations independently
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
Ability to manage resources ensuring established service levels are achieved at all times
Knowledge of customer service techniques and supervisory practices and procedures
Organization and planning skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
