Description

The La Ronge Hotel & Suites currently have full time and part time openings for individuals with strong work ethic as a Server.
Responsibilities    
    Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests in an efficient and professional manner
    Maintain a clean and safe work environment; clear tables during service
    Consistently provide every guest with the same great service
    Work with other team members to ensure guests are seated as efficiently and quickly as possible
    Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge
    Listen to guests and suggest items that meet their needs and enhance their experience
    Demonstrate a desire to help where needed
    Manage all complaints as a form of feedback that can help us improve our service
    Follow Health and Safety procedures and identify unsafe practices or conditions
    Accurately follow cash-out procedures and secure proper payment
    Perform a walk through at shift change with new servers and inform them of any events
    Demonstrate professionalism on and off duty
Qualifications
    Previous restaurant experience (is an asset but not a requirement)
    High School diploma considered an asset
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
    Self-confident, personable, energetic personality
    Must be punctual, dependable and hard working
    Availability to accommodate a flexible work schedule and willingness to work with short notice
    Ability to work within a fast-paced environment on a regular basis
    Professional appearance and demeanor
    Experience with computer and cash handling considered an asset
