OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Applications are being accepted by the Palliser Regional Park Authority for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
Under the direct supervision of the Park Authority, the Office Manager/Bookkeeper's responsibilities shall be to manage the overall operations of the Park working in cooperation and collaboration with the Park Manager.
Qualifications:
- Creating and presenting all financial reports to the Park Board.
- Coordinate accounting and statistical data and report results to the Park Board.
- Interpersonal skills for dealing with the board, the public and other employees
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Experience and training in office administration.
- A sound understanding of accounting and familiarity with QuickBooks
- Attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Personal initiative balanced by a willingness to follow directions.
