The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and reconditioning customers equipment, pre-delivering new equipment for sale, reconditioning used equipment for the dealership, and maintaining and operating all shop machines and tools. Skills and Abilities:
o Must be thoroughly familiar with tractors and farm equipment
o Must know the details and construction of many machines and have the knowledge and skill to make repairs properly
o Familiarization with the testing equipment and diagnostic procedures, as well as maintaining proficiency will be required
o Must possess computer skills for the diagnostics of equipment
o Must be able to deal with customers either in the shop or on the farm during field service calls
o Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
