Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated candidate to join our team.  The roles this candidate will fill will include but not be limited to:
-    Drafting and design work to draw both existing floor plans and proposed floor plans for commercial businesses
-    Draw demolition and construction plans in preparation for construction work and permits
-    Draw key design features along with detailed sections and cross sections
-    Design and draw new exterior options for older buildings that our business clients are operating out of
-    Provide 3D renderings of key designs and exteriors
-    Assist in the permit process
-    Assist the client in working with a millwork / cabinet company on designing commercial millwork for their retail space.
-    Assist the client in product selection
-    Materials Management
-    Manage product selections and approvals in the web-based construction software program
-    Assist in sales and marketing efforts

Key qualifications are a diploma in design, a diploma in architectural technology or equivalent experience.  Experience of a minimum of 1-2 years is a must.
