David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a dependable, honest and personable Temporary After Hours Receptionist in Regina.
This position will require the candidate to be available for evenings, nights and weekends. This is an-on going temporary role.

The Role:
Act as the first contact for our employees, clients, suppliers and guests; greeting them with a positive attitude and answering basic inquiries
Answering the switchboard, directing phone calls and transferring to voicemail
Ensure common areas (storage areas, copier areas, server room, printer areas) are organized and kept organized
Provide general support photocopying, faxing and distributing
Following up with clients to confirm appointments
Ensures visitor records are managed and recorded appropriately
The Ideal Candidate:
6 months+ of office reception experience
Intermediate MS Word skills with the ability to draft memos and correspondence
Professional image
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
