The Corporate Acct Supervisor will focus on meeting strategic objectives related to asset quality & risk management. They will perform tasks & project work specifically related to accurate & timely reporting of organization financial records, ensuring the CU remains in compliance with regulations, bylaws, accounting standards, policies & procedures & will be responsible for administering the financial accounting system (FAS) & ensuring integrity of the same. They will be responsible for day to day management of staff in multiple branches. They will maintain up-to-date knowledge of CU products & provide professional, prompt & friendly service and leadership, motivation & commitment to assigned staff. This F/T time position will be located at the Yorkton Branch. Travel will be required from time to time.
The candidate will have post-secondary education majoring in Finance or Accounting &/or professional accounting designation & 4 to 6 years related experience in increasingly senior roles or an equivalent combination of education/experience. FI experience including an understanding of CU products is beneficial. Strong verbal & written skills & ability to develop solid working relationships & be a strong team player is required. A commitment to continuous learning & development is required.
