Description

Join a reputable organization in the service industry, as you provide graphic design and administrative support in a fast paced team environment!

In this key role, you will:

- Utilize your creativity and also work within company standards and templates to produce high quality finished products.  Collaborate on and prepare products, cards music, DVDs, etc. to meet the needs of customers.  
- Work as member of the team to assist and support project needs, often within short timelines, to meet company and customer deadlines.  
- Prioritize workload, plan and provide administrative support in the areas of word processing, writing and document formatting, data entry and electronic/paper filing.  
- Learn and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of graphics programs such as Adobe Photoshop and various medias such as website, print, social media, DVD/recording devices, etc.    

Experience:
- 2+ years administrative experience, with some emphasis on graphic design, writing and working with various medias.

Computer Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe full suite including Photoshop, etc.    

Personality/Desired Attributes:
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a creative eye and strong graphics/computer skills.
- Customer-service and results focused.  Enjoys working with multiple priorities and tasks in a changing sometimes pressured work environment.  Strong time management skills; committed to accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and writing) skills.
- Displays professionalism, resilience and strong work ethics.  Brings a positive outlook on life and is committed to achieving individual and business goals.
