Description

Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., has two immediate openings for Biller/Rate Auditor positions. These positions are full-time

    Monday to Friday 6:00a.m.  2:30p.m.
    Sunday to Thursday 9:00p.m.  5:30a.m.

Responsibilities
    Probill entry
    Confirm offload manifests for assigned Branches
    Enter data from BOLs
    Assist in other Terminals
    Achieve 40 + bills per hour
    All other duties as requested
    Review and process all pro bill changes and revenue adjustments
    Process and balance due invoices
    Monitor cash accounts

Qualifications
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Accurate data entry skills with a minimum of 60 WPM
    Basic accounting and mathematical skills
    Basic understanding and usage of word processing, spread sheet an database PC software
    Good organizational skills
    Ability to work with minimum supervision
