We are currently seeking a Full Time Service Advisor to join our team.
The applicant will possess:
Excellent customer communications skills, and prior experience is an asset but not necc.(willing to train); mechanical aptitude is an asset.
A valid drivers license, clean abstract, and strong computer skills required
Liaising with internal and external customers, departments, vendors and service providers
Evaluating repair requirements to determine timing, parts and cost of repair
Coordinating and scheduling repairs, pickups and deliveries, warranty and recall activities
Maintaining repair history, status and scheduling information using computerized applications
Skilled in providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and using tact and diplomacy in communication with others
Ability to accurately and efficiently record and extract repair history and other relevant information into the computerized maintenance management system
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, coworkers and external customers
Must be a team player with an attitude of commitment to customer satisfaction.
