Duties include but are not limited to:

    Motivate and lead a dynamic sales team of Service Advisors
    Achieve company objectives for maximum profitability and performance
    Support policies and procedures throughout the department
    Interact with customers
    Managing General Motors Warranty Programs and Certified Service Promotional Programs
    Additional duties as required

The following skills and experience would be considered a definite asset:
    Strong organizational, sales and planning skills
    Successful years in working in a service department
    Good working knowledge of automotive systems
    Knowledge of service procedures and processes
    Ability to motivate and train a sales team
