Description

This is a permanent full time position at the Western Development Museum in Saskatoon. Under
the general direction of the Food Services Manager, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of the Food Services Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming calls, walk-ins and e-mails related to sales
- Weekly preparation of bank deposits
- Weekly preparation of invoices
- Monthly follow up of Accounts Receivable
- Setting up customer accounts and contracts upon booking of functions
- Set up and maintain customer files (computer and hard copies)
- Prepare and distribute function arrangement worksheets in a timely fashion
- Administrative support duties to the Food Services Manager
- Other duties as assigned
