The Position:
Reporting to the Fitness on 25th Manager and serving as the direct point of contact for all patrons of YWCA Saskatoon, the Customer Service Advisor is responsible for having overall knowledge of the programming offered by the various departments of YWCA Saskatoon.
Core Responsibilities:
As part of the YWCA Saskatoon team, you are responsible for providing superior customer service to YWCA Saskatoon clientele, and support the work of the department and the broader YWCA as required.
As part of the Fitness on 25th team, have working knowledge of all programs and services offered by Fitness on 25th.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
Exceptional computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
Attention to detail
Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
Understanding of office processes and procedures
