The Product Specialist will be responsible for selling automobiles through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The goal of the Product Specialist at Capital Ford Lincoln is to do business with each and every customer more than once. The primary responsibility is to provide each customer of Capital with exceptional service, possess thorough product and inventory knowledge with solid understanding of all automotive services available to customers throughout the dealership. Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills are essential for this role. The Product Specialist should have a strong background in sales with a broad knowledge of automobiles, specifications and features.
Job Duties
Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale
Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
Generate and develop new customer accounts.
Use marketing data using applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
