Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent, experienced Senior Compensation Analyst job on behalf of our client based at their head office in downtown Saskatoon. Senior Compensation Analyst job responsibilities:
-Research, develop, implement and administer compensation structure, programs and policies.
-Manage the administration of the companys short term incentive program.
-Participate in compensation and pay practice surveys.
-Work strategically and collaboratively with internal business partners to facilitate salary administration process.
-Provide salary recommendations for all management positions across the corporation.
-Create and analyze costing reports.
-Monitor compensation trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications to be successful in this role include:
-A university degree in a business related discipline with preference given to human resources studies.
-Four (4) to six (6) years experience in a compensation role is required.
-CHRP or CCP designation is considered an asset
