Description

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for growing TR Services, a new company for Airline Hotels. Focused on providing personable and professional remediation services to internal and external clients. Our Technician will be responsible for providing services that promote environmental health and safety by remediating unwanted pests in and around the community using new, state of the art remediation equipment. Identify and solve issues related to pest prevention and elimination. You will receive full training on thermal remediation equipment, maintenance, processes and techniques.

Experience, Skills & Education
    Conduct that reflects the values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Entrepreneurship
    Fluent in English, both verbal and written; excellent communication skills.
    Previous pest control experience and/or thermal heat training an asset.
    Previous experience in a service-related or technical field focused on quality and customer service required
    Ability to continually promote company services, build loyal clients and prospect new clients
    Must be able to work with and around bugs and pest-related products
    Properly maintain and clean all service equipment including vehicles regularly and as required
    Stay abreast of current industry trends, regulations, technical data, new products, safety standards, construction materials, and equipment
    Attention to detail, organization, managerial skills and strong follow-up skills required
    Must display a positive demeanor, professionalism, and possess ability to maintain confidentiality
    Must enjoy working independently
    Must exhibit a professional image, outgoing personality, initiative, creativity and confidence
    Ability to perform general maintenance duties an asset
    Must be able to successfully complete and pass training certification
    Must possess a valid drivers license and meet company driving standards
    Ability to withstand extreme heat from Thermal Heating Equipment
