The Service Advisor is a position with potential for future advancement in a dynamic, growing company. The ideal candidate is a well-organized, multi-tasker with great social skills. Mechanical knowledge and computer skills are an asset. You must have excellent listening skills and be able to communicate accurately the information received from customers to the service technicians. This is critical to ensure that the right repairs are done the first time. You must be able to be efficient, while still being friendly and helpful. This position is responsible for making customer appointments, coordinating the smooth flow of those appointments by working closely with staff in parts and service, keeping customers informed about the service being done on their unit and explaining the work completed when the customer comes in to pick up their vehicle.
You will be provided with ongoing support and training. Past work experience in a dealership is an asset, but is not required.
We are willing to pay up to $3,250/month depending on qualifications & experience
