Personal Trust Officer
Key Outcomes:
The primary purpose of the position is to deliver operational and technical expertise for administration of Personal Trust and Estate administration files.
Oversee the administration of assigned files in accordance with guidelines and procedures,
Ensure the delivery of quality client service by responding to assigned client (Co-executors, Co-trustees and beneficiary) requests within posted service standards, and handling client complaints or concern resolutions,
Supervision of Personal Trust administrators,
Ensure completion of tax returns in accordance to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Concentra Trust,
Control risks within file administration, client statements and client service by complying to department policy, procedure documents and other related manuals, applicable legislation and the common law,
Contribute to the business lines efficiency, productivity and team environment
