You must have good communication skills, and work

Typical duties would include:
- Answering a multi-line switchboard, and
redirecting calls to the
   appropriate individuals
- Data entry
- Organize and maintain office records and files
- Manage outgoing mail
- As a front-line worker, present a positive and
professional image
   of the organization to all visitors, customers,
and suppliers.
