Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
Located in Emerald Park, a 10 minute drive from
Regina, the new Sleep Inn hotel is looking for
qualified individuals to join our staff.  We are
looking to fill part time Front Desk Agent Position.
This position is an evening 3pm - 11pm shift for Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

We are looking for an individual who can work f evenings and
weekends.

Job Description:
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working
and interacting with people. The Front Desk Agent
is the first contact with the hotel's guests and
as such we need someone who can assure the highest
possible level of guest satisfaction by providing
superior customer service.

The Front Desk agent will be responsible for:
-    Selling rooms to guests via the phone and
in person
-    Checking in and checking out guests
-    Ensuring guests have an excellent stay
experience  
-    Resolving any customer concerns
-    Coordinating with various departments to
ensure all guests' needs are met.

Skills & Abilities:
While previous hotel experience is not necessary,
customer service experience is.
-    Superior customer Service Skills
-    Excellent communications skills, both oral
and written
-    Experience with using Windows based
software including Microsoft Word & Excel
-    Excellent organizational and
prioritization skills
-    Ability to work well and collaborate with
others
-    Ability to problem solve and work
independently
-    Ability to work a flexible schedule that
includes weekends
