Description

Local manufacturing firm is seeking an individual who will be part of a growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the entire sales cycle, with exposure to marketing, internal sales activities, purchasing, inventory management and job costing. Responsibilities will include:
1. Job Costing and Pricing
Assist with day to day job costing, develop and updating price lists, calculating landed costs.
2. Sales and Customer Service
Recommend products/services to meet customer needs; estimating or quoting prices and delivery dates. Must be able to communicate and generate customer goodwill.
3. Marketing Activities
Manage various online, print and direct mail campaigns; support the sales team effective and innovative marketing initiatives.
4. General Duties as Assigned
Includes, but not limited to, maintaining inventory records, writing work order, and picking orders.
Qualifications:

- Basic accounting experience or training
- Strong math skills
- Knowledge and experience with estimating and pricing a definite asset
- Customer Service orientation with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Computer experience an asset; proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to create CAD drawings and/or manual sketches preferred but not required
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- High level of commitment
- Strong attention to detail
