Starbucks Swift Current is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team leader. Our Starbucks Manager will be responsible for every aspect of business including staff management, interdepartmental relations, scheduling, motivation and training of staff and execution of all operational standards. With support from the Store Owner and Operations Manager you will be required to ensure all customers receive the highest quality product and customer service possible. You will contribute to store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage day to day operations, appropriate inventory and cost of goods control and labor costs. The candidate should exhibit a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude towards all employees and guests. Two years of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment is preferred. Coffee shop experience will be considered an asset. Food safety certificate is required but could be obtained while training.
