SHOP HAND / DRIVER EMERALD PARK, SK
Working from our new Drilling Operations and Motor Repair Facility located at 4 Industrial Drive West, Emerald Park, SK; the ideal candidate will perform routine shop tasks, clean and prepare downhole drilling tools and equipment for deployment and deliver oilfield equipment to field locations in Southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba when an urgent need arises.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid class 5 Drivers Licence and acceptable driving abstract
Must be mechanically inclined and enjoy working with power tools and performing basic maintenance activities
Strong organizational skills and experience in keeping equipment, tools and inventory organized, efficient and stored safely
Ability to follow safe work practices, standard operating procedures and policies
Experience operating a forklift or skid steer is preferred
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in a safety sensitive environment and comply with pre-access and site specific health and safety requirements including:
o Fitness testing
o Drug & Alcohol testing
Display a strong work ethic and reliability
Live within close proximity to Emerald Park, SK and be ready and available to work extra hours as needed to get equipment mobilized and ready for projects requiring such urgency
