Description

Prairie Pita is seeking highly motivated, passionate and energetic persons to join our food preparation team. We need a full time cook.

If you like being part of a team, keep excellent personal and work hygiene, have positive attitude to learn new things and work according to assignments, we would like to hear from you.

The candidate should be able to work Monday to Saturday, 40 hours in a week.

Qualifications:

Minimum Grade 12 with preference given to applicants with post-secondary education and previous work-related experiences in food industry, especially Pizza and Middle Eastern cuisine. Food and safety level 1 certificate an asset or willing to complete.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Duties include:

Take customer orders and payments, food preparation, cleaning restaurant, dishes and appliances, up to 50lbs (23 Kg) weight handling and other job related duties.

This facility handles and sells products that contain nuts and other allergens.
