Bridge Road Property Management (a division of Bridge Road Developments) is seeking a full time Property Manager to transition and establish newly constructed apartment buildings into to occupancy. This position will be based in the Saskatoon area.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and multi tasking skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to lead and mentor team of caretakers
Professional demeanor when dealing with stakeholders and tenants
Real estate or property management experience a strong asset
Must be able to travel
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
Work with project managers and on-site supervisors to develop strategy to ensure smooth transition from construction to occupancy; develop timeline and checklist.
Set up infrastructure for properties opening up
Attend deficiency walk through of each project
Mentor/Manage Caretaker Residence Managers for each property
Prepare caretaker manual & tenant packages for each property
Administrative paperwork including lease renewal, tenancy changes, approval of invoices
Attend quarterly site inspections, tenant coffee chats & shareholder meetings
Prepare monthly shareholder reports
Help prepare/present one day training session for Caretaker Managers
Attend/plan Grand Openings and Open Houses for each property
Manage timely completion of deficiencies
Book advertising for properties
Mediate serious tenant issues/concerns
Develop annual operating budgets for each property
