Description

Reporting to the Ag Division Manager the successfull applicant will:
- manage plant staff
- assist customers with managing their field plans
- work with Ag team to develop programming for members
- maintain grower contacts to develop fertilizer logistics on their farms
- work with Crop Inputs manager to manage fertilizer inventories

The preferred candidate will have a degree or diploma in agriculture and qualify for a PAg or AT designation. Experience in fertilizer sales and managing a modern fertilizer plant and its staff are desired.On going training and the up-dating of skills required will be expected.
