Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, the Senior Agronomist will:
- lead the agronomy team in providing sound and current agronomic advise and service.
- ensure that contact programs are completed, crop production and soil management services are provided, conduct market analysis,and ensure field seminars and demonstrations are carried out.
- keep abreast of technology and provide information to Ag Team.
- in season, be available to provide agronomy expertise.
The Senior Agronomist will have 5-7 years experience as an Agronomist with a degree in Agriculture, Crop Sciences.Past supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent computer, interpersonal and team skills are required.
