NLSD #113 invites applications for the position of a temporary, full-time GRADE 7 TEACHER at La Loche Community School - Dene Bldg. La Loche, SK
La Loche Community School provides educational programming for K- 12 students in two separate buildings with a total enrolment of 889 students and teaching staff of 58 teachers plus 24 paraprofessionals. The above position is in the Dene Building (grades 7-12); a modern, well equipped facility with an enrolment of 418 students, 28 teachers plus 7 paraprofessionals.
La Loche Community School is looking for a grade 7 teacher. The expected teaching assignment shall include Social Studies, English Language Arts & Career Education.
This is a full-time, temporary teaching position to start as soon as possible until February 18, 2016. The successful candidate must be eligible for Saskatchewan Professional A or Provisional Professional A teaching certification.
Salary is according to the provincial grid plus a benefits package that includes subsidized, furnished housing and a northern living allowance. Moving assistance may be available.
